Line Tg(CAG-Bgeo/ALPP)1Lbe/J
ID project: Z/AP
The reporter line has been bred with an ubiquitous deleter cre.
At the DNA level, the resulting animals have a fully deleted
floxed cassette.
All the cells expressing the lacZ transgene should present
β-galactosidase activity.
These histological sections of 8 weeks old animals should be
representative of the expression of the reporter activity.
