Line FVB-Tg(CAG-cat-lacZ)1Brn/StmOrl

ID project: ACZL

Legend:
not tested
no positive cells
The reporter line has been bred with an ubiquitous deleter cre. At the DNA level, the resulting animals have a fully deleted floxed cassette.
All the cells expressing the lacZ transgene should present β-galactosidase activity.
These histological sections of 8 weeks old animals should be representative of the expression of the reporter activity.
